of Service
Refunds
We do not offer any refunds on any purchases. No exceptions. You are
given access to the trial version of the software for an unlimited period to
evaulate the suitability of the software for your purpose.
Chargebacks
If you try to dispute or deny a valid charge, you will be sent an invoice for
the disputed amount by regular postal mail. Copies will be also sent to your
bank and credit card company. The invoice will include the following
information:
Your name and address with all available information about you.
The IP address you have used when paying online.
The date and time of your payment.
The Original charge amount plus a $25 fee for disputing process.
Proof of usage of our software, with IP address, email address, and times of
usage.
To avoid any of the above, we encourage you to contact us first for any problems
with your membership purchase. We have an excellent track record in resolving
any problems, to see that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Anti-spam policy
The developer has a strict NO-SPAM policy. He won't assist you in sending
unsolicited advertising, and it is not liable for any damages caused by such
actions.
No Liability For Consequential
Damages
In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
loss if business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
use of or inability to use our product, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
Reservation of Rights
We might terminate or change this Agreement at any time. We have the right to
change or eliminate anything in its software at any time, without prior notice.
